Sarapan Suami...

Ni projek saya pagi Sabtu lepas setelah semalaman tak dapat tido. Puas saya menunggu Subuh. Selesai solat terus ke dapur dan selesaikan epal hijau dalam peti ais. Terima kasih Mama Fami sebab sudi share resipi ni dengan saya. Maaf Mama sebab saya copy & paste dari fotopage (resipi AhPek).

Say you, say me....
MamaZieza: Ok Mama... No problem...
MamaFami: Sedap Mama... In-laws pun suka dan minta resipi.... Lega...

So, sapa yang ada epal di dalam peti ais tu, cubalah resipi ni. Ringkas dan sedap. Juicy dan tak manis sangat. Silalah.

Apple Muffins

1 1/4 cups flour
2 granny smith apples ~ diced
1/2 cup sugar

1/2 Orange ~ extract the juice and finely grate the rind (saya guna juice saje)
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
raisins or cherries for decoration (saya tak taruk sbb in law tak boleh makan raisins)

Method :

1. Sift flour, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, ground cinnamon and salt into a big bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, sugar and oil till well combined. Add in vanilla essence, orange juice and orange rind.
3. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients, along with the apples and the nuts. Mix with the whisk just till well incorporated. Do not over mix.
4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin pans layered with muffin paper cups.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 12 - 15 minutes.
