Meatballs for Dinner...


This is our dinner for last few weeks. It looked yummy, right? It was superb and yummy!.. Why? Because it was prepared by my beloved hubby. Thanks Abang. I love you so much... My son also loved the mashed potatoes made by his Papa. The carrots were boiled and seasoned with black pepper. The gravy was also home made because the instants gravy which we bought from Ikea were already expired. What a waste... But nevermind, I had better gravy done by hubby. Macam mana pun resipi ni kena cuba. Boleh buat spaghetti meatball guna sos merah juga!

Meatballs served with Boiled Carrots & Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients (Meatballs):
450g minced meat
1 small English onion (minced)
2-3 tbsp bread crumbs
2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 egg

Methods:
1. Mixed minced meat, onion, bread crumbs and grated cheese.
2. Add egg and mixed well but not over do.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on baking pan.
4. Baked until brown (turned the meatballs to ensure both sides were brown) with 180-190C (for best result placed the baking pan at the upper part of the oven).
5. Served with mashed potatoes or pasta.
