Lamb Chop Again?!...

Resipi lamb chop kali ni saya ambik dari http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Lemon-Herb-Lamb-Chops/Detail.aspx Memandangkan ianya simple so try la. Sosnya saya buat sendiri hasil dari idea hubby. Cubalah....


Lemon Herb Lamb Chops


Bahan:

1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 (6 ounce) lamb loin chops


Cara:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add the chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Drain and discard marinade. Broil lamb 3-4 in. from the heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees F; medium, 160 degrees F; well-done, 170 degrees F).

Bahan untuk sos:

2 biji tomato (cincang kasar)

1/2 labu bawang besar (English Onion) (cincang kasar)

Stok daging (saya guna 2 ketul stok daging kiub knorr)

Air secukupnya

Cara:

1. Panaskan sedikit minyak zaitun dan tumis bawang besar sehingga layu. Masukkan tomato dan biarkan sehingga tomato lembut.

2. Masukkan stok dan sedikit air (cukup untuk daging).

3. Perisa dengan garam dan serbuk lada hitam jika suka.

4. Curah atas daging.
