Bhaji - Scrambled Eggs with Okra

Salam.
Resipi ni dari kawan saya di Sweden.

Bhaji - Scrambled Eggs with Okra

Ingredients:
Okra/Lady's Finger
Eggs
Onion (sliced)
Tumeric powder
Salt
Oil

Methods:
1. Fry the onions first until they are a bit brown.
2. Then push them aside, and scramble the eggs.
3. Fry the okra, and when the okra is done,
4. Sprinkle some turmeric and salt and mix all the 3 ingredients together.
5. Served with rice or pita bread.
