Garlic Prawns

Garlic Prawns - recipe from Junior MasterChef - Anthony


300g whole green prawns, peeled and deveined with tails left on
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 red chilli, finely chopped - ganti chilli flakes Dominos
1 tablespoon finely chopped basil - ganti yang dry
2 large slices sourdough bread, crusts removed and finely processed - ganti rolled oat dalam 3,4 sudu makan. nak lebih pun boleh.
1 tablespoon olive oil, to serve
2 lemon wedges, to serve
Basil leaves, to garnish

1. Season prawns with salt and set to one side to drain on a plate lined with paper towel.

2. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add garlic, chilli and basil and saut̩ until onion is soft and translucent. Add prawns and cook for 1 Р2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over prawns and stir to coat.

3. To serve, spoon crumb mixture onto a serving plate and arrange prawns on top, drizzle with olive oil, serve with lemon wedges and garnish with basil leaves.
