Meatballs




Meatballs

Ingredients:
450g minced meat
1 small English onion (minced)
2-3 tbsp bread crumbs
2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 egg

Methods:
1. Mixed minced meat, onion, bread crumbs and grated cheese.
2. Add egg and mixed well but not over do.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on baking pan.
4. Baked until brown (turned the meatballs to ensure both sides were brown) with 180-190C (for best result placed the baking pan at the upper part of the oven).
5. Served with mashed potatoes or pasta.
