Roti Bun Inti Kelapa

As salam semua

Lama tak bersiaran di sini. Hari ni saya seronok sebab malam tadi saya baakr roti bun inti nutella dan hasilnya sangat menggembirakan anak-anak. Jadi pagi ni, saya bakar 1 adunan roti lagi tapi kali ni saya guna inti kelapa yang dibekalkan oleh ibu saya. Hasilnya? Saya sangat berpuas hati. 




Untuk bun saya guna resipi roti yang saya pernah kongsikan sebelum ini.

Extremely Soft White Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
1 cup warm water
2 teaspoons yeast
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups white flour

Directions
1. Put your warm water, yeast and sugar in your bread machine.
2. Let stand 6-12 minutes depending on the temp of your water. Your yeast will foam.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Use rapid or basic white cycles. (Kenwood bread maker use program 7 for dough)
5. Once bread maker stop, move the dough to the chopping board and divide the loaf to 14 portions
6. Work quickly. Fold 1 portion until it become a ball and flatten it using your fingers. Fill in with fillings of your choice and cover the fillings. Make it into a ball and arrange it in well oiled cake pan. 
7. Repeat step 6 until all portions are done. 
8. Let it rest for 10 minutes and bake for 20-25 minutes at 170C or until the buns turn brown and golden. 
9. Brushed the buns with melted butter for extra flavors. 

 Note: I brushed my buns with vegetable oil before baking them. Can use egg yolks instead. 

Untuk inti kelapa, anda boleh cuba resipi ini:

Bahan inti:
150 gm gula merah
3 s/b gula biasa
1/2 cawan air kelapa muda [jika ada]
½ biji kelapa parut muda

Cara:
1. Untuk inti, masukkan semua bahan inti ke dalam periuk.
2. Kemudian masak di atas api yang sederhana dan kacau agar sebati dan melengas. Angkat dan ketepikan.
